Tammi Stanhope’s professional background is in business, investments and marketing, and is also the creator of KhronikKreations, a handcrafted, Hamilton, ON-based edibles line of premium infused baked goods and cooking oils. With more than 10+years infusing experience, inspired by the benefits of cannabis, she continued to pursue more cannabis knowledge with Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s program Marketing, Sales & Drug Development in 2016 under the direction of Deepak Anand. Tamara Lilien

Coming from a 14-year background in Palliative Care, Tamara has a keen understanding of gaps that exist in the health care system. After experiencing the medical benefits of cannabis firsthand, she transitioned into a career in Cannabis Education and Consulting. Tamara believes strongly that humankind deserves easy access to cannabis and associated resources for both medical and recreational purposes. As one of less than 10,000 people worldwide to hold a Cannabis Sommelier Certification, Tamara was selected from 25,000 applicants to serve on AHLOT’S Cannabis Curation Committee (ahlot.com/ccc). To enhance her current certifications, she will be taking the Cannabis Educator for Health Care Professionals course offered by Michener Institute and UHN in early 2020. Maureen Smyth

Maureen Smyth, RN BSN, teaches the basics of the endocannabinoid system, cannabis pharmacology and the research associated with the medical use of cannabis. She is also an experienced Intensive Care Nurse with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. Maureen possess a Bachelor of Science focused in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Simmons College, skilled specifically in the clinical research associated with the medical use of cannabis. Maureen is certified by the Medical Cannabis Institute Global, in the Medical Cannabis Curriculum for Nurses and the Core Knowledge of the Endocannabinoid System. She is a member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association (ACNA) and an ACNA Ad Hoc Committee member. She teaches the basics of the endocannabinoid system, cannabinoid receptors, cannabinoids, cannabis pharmacology and the latest research. Her goal is to dispel myths and extend the reach of the health and safety messages of cannabis medicine.

Sherry Bennett

Sherry Bennett is the Founder and Managing Director of Bayview Concierge and the Founder of Let’s Talk CannabisTM. She has lived through significant trauma and has met adversity with equanimity. Her logistics and care-giving expertise inspired Sherry to launch Bayview Concierge in 2012 to make life and living easier for those living with chronic pain and sleep disruption. Her company organizes nursing care, personal support care workers, accompaniment to medical appointments and unique requests as long as they are within the confines of the law.
